The house emerges from combining 3 different modules, looking for the maximum relation to the outside and the crossing of visuals. The inner emptiness allows the connection between the day area module and the night area one and maximizes light capture. At the same time, it creates an outside intimate space.
The project organizes the kitchen, living room and dining room in a diaphanous way. The night area is distributed from a corridor with large openings relating to the day area. The house has four generous bedrooms, one of them en suite; two bathrooms; a laundry room and a semi-closed porch as a garage.
