Customized modular house

K202005 is a fully customised single-family house project with two floors, porch, terrace, closed garage, pergola-garage and a large garden with swimming pool.

The ground floor is formed by 5 modules and integrates different spaces such as a large living-dining room, kitchen, a main suite with bathroom, two double bedrooms, a second bathroom and laundry room.

The first floor consists of the connecting staircase, a study and a bathroom.
