It is a very compact house with a modern minimalist design built with only 2 main floor modules that include all the necessary rooms for the owner.

It has a large and highly functional day area with an open kitchen connected to the dining room and living room. All the openings and its orientation generate a very light and pleasant space with outside views.

At the back of the house there is the night area with a large suite with private bathroom and dressing room, two large double bedrooms with study table, a toilet and a study area.
