K202006 is a fully customised single-family house project with two floors, porch, terrace, closed garage and a large garden with swimming pool.

The ground floor is formed by 3 modules and integrates different spaces such as a large living-dining room, kitchen, a main suite with bathroom, a double bedroom, a second bathroom and the access to the closed garage with capacity for 2 cars.

The first floor is formed by 2 modules with the connecting staircase, a study-hallway, two bathrooms and  two bedrooms and a laundry room with access to the terrace.
